Avni graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA in Communication. Prior to CRAFT, Avni worked for the National Organization for Women, creating social media graphics and managing their social media accounts. She also worked at the Recording Industry Association of America where she created website and social media content. At the University of Maryland, she planned and implemented large scale events and founded a women’s networking organization. 

In her free time, Avni enjoys painting, finding the best brunch spots in the Washington D.C. area, and learning TikTok dances.
