
Brian Donahue is a founder and partner of CRAFT | Media/Digital.
Previously, Donahue was a partner and executive vice-president with a political media and direct mail consulting firm.
Donahue managed four federal election campaigns, served on two presidential election staffs and consulted on numerous political and public affairs campaigns. After serving as a target state Executive Director for Bush-Cheney ’04, Donahue headed the National 72-Hour Task Force for the Republican National Committee, directing grassroots programs, vote analysis and GOTV operations.
Donahue served as Deputy Chief of Staff and District Director to former Congressman Mike Ferguson, and Public Affairs Director for a national law firm.
Donahue has presented campaign strategy and tactical seminars at numerous campaign schools and has been sourced in several national news outlets including the New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN, FOX News Channel, Roll Call, The Hill, National Journal, ClickZ and POLITICO. In 2006, he was named a Rising Star by Campaigns & Elections Magazine.
Donahue is an occasional political commentator on FOX New Channel, and MSNBC’s Dylan Ratigan Show.
Donahue teaches Political Marketing as an adjunct faculty member at the George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management. He is also a member of GSPM’s Council on American Politics.
